This week the class looked at fruit and vegetables . Their task wast to discover the way watercolours worked.
It was a tricky task for some and they really had to work to get the wash effect right.
In the end the work they produced was simpl;y delicious. I was thrilled with the really great works of art produced by all these ladies.

We learnt about shape and Tone and depth. We talked about shadow and how adding a shadow created the illusion of weight.
